Email Safety Guidelines

Use temporary email for short-term messages and forwarding aliases to manage long-term email sources. Review the intended uses and limits before sharing an address.

What You Can Do—and What You Must Not

Use the service for legitimate sign-up testing, privacy and managing incoming mail by source. It is not a way to evade laws or third-party rules.

Permitted Uses

  • Receive short-term sign-up verification codes and confirmation emails
  • Test email templates and delivery for your own products
  • Create forwarding aliases for subscriptions, shopping and accounts

Strictly Prohibited

  • Sending spam, scams or phishing messages
  • Violating others’ privacy or impersonating any person or organization
  • Bulk sign-ups, service attacks or bypassing rate limits

Report an Issue

If you find abuse, contact support with relevant evidence. We’ll investigate and may suspend the addresses involved where appropriate.

The Service and Your Agreement

By using TurboFwd, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete any addresses you created.

Minors should use the service under a guardian’s guidance. You must have lawful control of the email address used to log in and are responsible for activity through your account.

Temporary Email and Long-Term Forwarding

Temporary email addresses are valid for 3 hours by default and can be extended while active. When they expire, the address and emails may be deleted immediately. Do not use them for banking, payment accounts, important subscriptions or as your only account recovery method.

Long-term forwarding aliases send incoming mail to your login email address. When an alias is paused, new messages are no longer forwarded. Delivery records are kept for up to 30 days and are not a permanent archive or email backup service.

Data Retention and Your Responsibilities

Temporary inboxes rely on access credentials stored in your browser. Clearing browser data, switching devices or exposing your credentials may result in permanent loss of access. Back up any emails and attachments you need to keep.

Long-term accounts use email verification codes to log in. If you enable two-step verification, you’ll also need an authenticator app. Don’t share verification codes with others, disable aliases you no longer use, and read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your data.

Restrictions, Changes and Interruptions

We may restrict activity that affects system stability or suspend accounts suspected of abuse to protect other users. Third parties may reject temporary email domains, and delivery depends on the sender and recipient’s email provider. We don’t guarantee that every email will arrive within a set time.

We may change service features, quotas and interfaces. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses caused by misuse, third-party failures or events beyond our control.

Termination and Disputes

You can stop using a temporary inbox, delete aliases and records, or contact support to request deletion of your account data. Violations may result in restrictions on related addresses or accounts. We may cooperate with lawful requests when necessary.

The update date will appear on this page, and we’ll notify you of significant changes as appropriate. If you have questions about these terms, email support@turbofwd.com. We’ll first try to resolve the matter through direct communication.
